Logging off…but are you really?

It’s only Wednesday, but let’s be real—some of us are already drafting our “Logging off for the weekend!” or “Out of Office” messages like we’re about to jet off to Bora Bora. 🎤✨ And yet… let’s talk about what actually happens next.

78% of us (not a real stat, but it seems accurate) will still log back in—just for a second, just to check one thing, just to “stay ahead” for Monday. And before we know it, we’re deep into an email thread or tweaking a presentation while pretending we’re fully off the clock. We’ve all done it.

But here’s a thought: What if we actually meant it when we said we were logging off? What if we took that time for what it’s supposed to be—rest, connection, or even (ahem) fun?

So, be honest—are you really logging off or will we catch you peeking at emails in super stealth mode? 👀📩
