Clarity West

Modern work-life design, grounded in well-being

Work-Life, Built for Now

If you've ever come out the other side of something hard and realized your old life doesn't quite fit anymore, welcome! You're in excellent company.

This is a space for rebuilding on your own terms. For rethinking how we work, how we recalibrate, and what any of it is actually for, once well-being earns its rightful spot at the center of the table. I bring together global perspectives, real research, and real stories (mine included, wobbly parts and all) to help you build a work-life that fits who you are now, not who you used to be. A little whimsy and rest (plus a sense of humor) are non-negotiable.

My Work-Life Design Philosophy

Work-life design isn't about following someone else's blueprint (especially not the one that had you glued to your inbox at 9pm).

It's about building a way of living and working that actually makes sense for you, especially once something has made all your inherited ones feel a little absurd.

A major health event, or any good wake-up call, has a way of doing that. It doesn't just wreck your calendar. It asks bigger questions: how you work and rest, what you actually value, where you find joy, whose definition of success you've been living by this whole time. Mostly, it moves well-being from "if there's time left over" to the main event.

So that's what we do here. My invitation is simple: try things, tinker, mess up a little, and build a path that's more human.

How to Explore Clarity West

Insights you can act on

What Makes Clarity West Different?

Most work-life conversations want you to pick a side. Grind harder, or quit and go live in a cabin somewhere. But a lot of us are living in the messy middle, especially after something's shaken things up, still figuring out what's sensible and carrying a little residual fear that doesn't fully go away, even years later.

Clarity West exists because that conversation deserves more nuance than "hustle harder" or "burn it all down”.

Here's what's different: a global lens most work-life conversations skip entirely, honest takes on modern work instead of tidy answers, and solutions rooted in real practice. Add in the perspective of someone who's actually rebuilt from inside this exact mess, and you get something less like advice from an expert on a stage, and more like company from someone who's been in the trenches with you.

  • Intentional Design

Craft a work-life rhythm with clarity, purpose, and the agency that maybe felt out of reach for a while.

  • Global Perspective

Draw inspiration from cultural practices and frameworks that work in the real world, because rebuilding doesn't have to follow just one script.

  • Experimentation

Turn ideas into actions that stick, testing what actually works for your body, your energy, and this season of your life.
