Coaching is a high-touch experience, so your personal lab to test ideas, experiment with strategies, and design a work-life rhythm that actually fits you, with guidance, accountability, and support along the way.

  • As much or as little as your life allows. Waypoints takes just a few minutes to read and reflect. Digital Pathways are self-paced, so you can tackle them one prompt or experiment at a time. • The two things that energize me most are travel and outdoor adventure. Having grown up on the West Coast of the United States and returned here with my husband and son after many years away, I’m pretty convinced that few things bring me as much joy and calm as this dramatically stunning corner of the world where the ocean, mountains, and desert live side-by-side. And, Clarity West is very much an homage to this.

I’m extremely passionate about travel as well and I draw much of my coaching and consulting inspiration from countries around the world, particularly given how much we have to learn from those who’ve managed to get it right, whatever ‘it’ may be. I’m also deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and safe space in my practice that allows for a sense of belonging and open dialogue.
