Welcome to Globally Grounded! šŸŽ§

Confession: I don’t love being the center of attention. I’m what they apparently now call an otrovert, somewhere between an introvert and extrovert. I also don’t love hearing my own voice (just ask anyone who’s heard my high school documentary voiceover work). And yet…here I am, launching a podcast.

It’s called Globally Grounded: The Work-Life Reset, and the trailer just dropped! Why a podcast? Because I’m genuinely committed to moving the needle on how we can live and work a bit more sensibly + healthfully in the U.S. It’s a natural extension of my work as a Work-Life Alignment Coach, helping people build sustainable ways of working and living, often borrowing insights from practices around the world.

Honestly, I’ve been dreaming of this for nearly a decade, ever since I fell down the podcast rabbit hole in the early 2010s. I subscribe to 50+ pods spanning pop culture, comedy, politics, travel, entrepreneurship, true crime, and personal growth. My commute playlist has serious range. Truly the beauty of this space.

What you’ll find:

āž”ļø Real talk on work-life alignment (not that mythical ā€œbalanceā€)

āž”ļø How to spot and address burnout before it takes hold

āž”ļø Global practices that can spark small but meaningful shifts in your life and career

Do we really need another podcast? Maybe not. Actually, yes we do! Ha. But this isn’t about adding more noise. It’s about permission. To try, to stretch, to create something meaningful even when self-doubt tags along. It’s exactly what I encourage my clients to do: quiet the overthinking, take the leap, and trust that momentum almost always beats perfection.

So, here goes everything! The trailer is live. Listen, share, subscribe…do all the things. And maybe, just maybe, I’ll get used to hearing my own voice. šŸ˜‰
