The Ideal Client

People often ask me: Who do you coach? While every coach has a niche, I truly believe there’s room for flexibility because life, work, and humans are rarely one-size-fits-all. This theme clearly pops up a lot in my work. Still, some common threads do show up. And instead of building out a slide, I figured I’d make this a bit more colloquial...

Q: So, who do you coach?

  • A: I work with early to mid-career professionals, many of them working parents, navigating career transitions, chasing growth, or just trying to make more space for what matters most to them (joy, rest, adventure, or, you know… people).

Q: What do they usually want to work on?

  • A: Most of my clients are stretched thin. They’re balancing ambition and family, burnout and aiming high, pivots and reinvention. They want meaningful work and a meaningful life—that whole not-either/or thing.

Q: Is there a type of person you connect with most?

  • A: Definitely—curious, open-minded folks who are ready to dig deep, explore what’s next, and maybe even bring a little fun back into the career + life conversation. Think: self-aware meets pragmatic explorer.

That said, many of my clients are also navigating some pretty serious life stuff—and I never take that lightly. What makes this work so meaningful is being able to bring our full, honest selves into the conversation, whether we’re talking strategy, uncertainty, or just taking a moment to breathe.

To be more specific:

✔ Working Parents – Juggling a lot, craving flexibility and fulfillment, without guilt.

✔ Burned-Out High Achievers – Ready to set boundaries and find their spark again.

✔ Career Changers – Navigating pivots, leadership shifts, layoffs, or total reinventions.

✔ Wellness-Driven Pros – Wanting a career that equally supports their energy, health, and ambition.
