Relationships matter

I still remember my first days at Intuit, my last stop in the corporate space before diving into my formal coaching training.

I asked my onboarding buddy a simple question: What’s the one thing that will make me successful here? 🤔

Her answer: Build relationships. 🤝

So, I set out to do just that.

What started as “let’s talk about this program” quickly turned into “let’s get to know each other first, then we'll get to work.”

And I loved it, as I’m a people person, an engager. People fuel me.

It’s no secret that relationships matter, but it's a point worth emphasizing again and again (and again!). More often than your title, role, or the size of your company, it's the people that make all the difference. 💡

Those connections can lift you up, challenge you, and shape your path, whether you're a solo-preneur or part of a 10k-person company. 🚀

Building and nurturing relationships is fundamental—not just to your success at work, but in life. 🌱
