So, I’m not a huge fan of the word balance. Work-life design isn’t about figuring out how to perfectly balance competing forces. It’s a creative, evolving process of shaping how you live and work as your priorities, goals, and season of life change.
It’s about intentionally crafting a life and career that are built around what truly matters to you. It’s consciously designing the rhythms, structures, and habits that support the life you want to lead.
And here’s the fun part: good design requires experimentation. Clarity comes from trying different ways of working and living. Small, intentional shifts that will help you create a work-life rhythm that fits every stage of your life and career.

Work-life design isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is what I do.
My approach is flexible, inclusive, and rooted in real human insight — yours and the global research, tools, and practices I nerd out on. Sometimes that looks like 1:1 coaching. Sometimes it’s a podcast episode that hits at exactly the right time. Sometimes it’s a self-guided resource you dive into because you’re in a “no humans, just clarity” kind of mood.
No matter how you engage, the goal is the same: helping you explore, experiment, and design a way of living, working, and resting that actually supports you, not the other way around.
Whether you want a quick reset, a structured 3- or 8-session series, or a totally self-guided experience, you’ll walk away with practical tools, thoughtful perspective, and some steps that actually stick. Inspired by real life. Grounded in well-being. Informed by what’s working around the world.

How We’ll Work Together
Every journey starts with a conversation. Your aha’s, your questions, and your “wait…is this really it?” moments. From there, you set the pace and direction.
I bring the framework and accountability, but this isn’t a rigid program. Think of it as a flexible journey with four touch-points — Discovery, Insights, Growth, and Realignment — that you can enter from any point.
Each session mixes reflection, exploration, and real-world action. With prompts, simple assessments, and check-ins, the process stays structured enough to build momentum, but never stiff..helping you create strategies that actually stick for your work and your life.
