  • I work with people at meaningful inflection points in work, life, or often both. Most are busy, heart-centered professionals navigating burnout, a career shift, family demands, or simply craving more space for rest, well-being, purpose, and joy beyond the hustle.

    Titles and résumés matter less than mindset (at least to me at this point!). I work best with curious, open people who are ready to do the inner work, challenge old definitions of success, and create more alignment in how they live and work.

  • My coaching style is highly collaborative, compassionate, and action-oriented. I balance reflection with practical tools, helping you uncover your authentic goals while uncovering clear, actionable strategies to achieve them. Together, we’ll create a space for exploration, growth, and empowerment that’s tailored to your unique needs. My methodology typically involves a mix of the following:

    • Accessing digital, self-coaching resources meant to spur introspection.

    • Completing self-assessments and exercises to surface values, strengths, and growth areas.

    • Working through open-ended questions grounded in curiosity and meant to elicit self-reflection. 

    • Uncovering opportunities and blocks, driven by you, the client.

    • Collaborating to establish personalized goals and plans, with accountability and check-ins.

    • Providing ongoing support, motivation, and encouragement to help you stay on track.

  • The two things that energize me most are travel and outdoor adventure. Having grown up on the West Coast of the United States and returned here with my husband and son after many years away, I’m pretty convinced that few things bring me as much joy and calm as this dramatically stunning corner of the world where the ocean, mountains, and desert live side-by-side. And, Clarity West is very much an homage to this.

    I’m extremely passionate about travel as well and I draw much of my coaching and consulting inspiration from countries around the world, particularly given how much we have to learn from those who’ve managed to get it right, whatever ‘it’ may be. I’m also deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and safe space in my practice that allows for a sense of belonging and open dialogue.
